Based on the steps of planning education, develop and deliver a ten-minute PowerPoint presentation about your plan for providing a health education workshop for a community.
4 .
Form a group of peers (recommended: two to five people), and discuss how you would demonstrate your competency as a nurse in fulfilling the role of a care coordinator in population health management.
