Using the BMI chart in the previous section, or one of your choice found in a google search, and patient data of male, 34 years old, height of 5′11″ and weight of 178 lb (81 kg). Calculate the patient’s BMI and determine category.

Develop a flowsheet for documenting routine vital signs on a medical unit.
